It is a title sequence for the book "The Three Body Problem".It is a Chinese science fiction novel by the writer Cixin Liu and translated to English by Ken Liu.The title sequence explores the world in this science fiction novel, a world about aliens, techniques and space travel.
Instead of discussing the look of aliens and spaceships, the world can be interpreted in an abstract way. What if we can see the world in a macroscopic or microscopic perspective? The track of the spaceship, the orbit of the planet, the alienation of DNA, there are all the elements I want to show in the title sequence.
I try to imagine a language from alien that can be translated to our language. That's the idea for the animation of typography.
